Nursing allows you to make a positive impact on peoples’ lives. It’s not only about caring for the individual, but also their families and the communities in which they live.

Bradford University offers five nursing degrees or programmes:

  • Adult Nursing – promote health and wellbeing, support people in their recovery and empower individuals in managing their long-term conditions.
  • Child Nursing – work alongside multi-professional colleagues to support and care for infants, children and young people along with their families through a variety of acute and long-term illnesses.
  • Mental Health Nursing – support people with mental health conditions, providing both short-term and long-term care in clinical and community settings.
  • Nursing Associate Apprenticeship – support registered nurses to deliver and evaluate hands-on care with this Foundation Degree that helps you to become a Nursing Associate.
  • MNurse – combine both Bachelor’s and Master’s level study. This is an excellent choice if you’re considering specialising further or having a career in research or academia after you graduate.

Bradford University nursing courses are approved by the nursing and midwifery council

This means you can apply to join the NMC register on graduation, enabling you to practise as a nurse in the UK.
